All Sales are Final
Except as provided below under “CANCELED EVENTS,” there are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Rivals Creative Agency control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Times are subject to change.

Canceled Events
If an event in its entirety is canceled prior to the commencement of the event, you will receive a 50% refund for the face value of the ticket; service, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Release of Liability
Rivals Creative Agency will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event staff. By purchasing the ticket from Rivals Creative, you hereby release and forever discharge Rivals Creative, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Rivals Creative of responsibility, liability.

Product Download
Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within twenty four (24) hours but could take as long as seven (7) days to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
